Key Responsibilities:​

Supervise and guide the Education Consultant team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout all student touchpoints (online and offline).
What You’ll Need:

Experience in student recruitment in higher education (preferred)

Experience with CRM tool (preferred)

Strong leadership, mentoring, and team coordination skills

Proficiency in analyzing sales data and translating it into actionable items

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Excel or spreadsheets

Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills

Ability to work full-time on-site and collaborate with management
