Baode College of Tianjin University of Commerce is an independent college approved by the Ministry of Education in 2004 at the undergraduate level, with a duration of four years. Students who have completed their studies and passed the grades will be awarded undergraduate graduation certificates, and those who meet the requirements for degree awarding will be awarded bachelor's degree certificates.

Raffles University, initially known as Raffles University Iskandar, was established by Raffles Iskandar Sdn.
